Erik Karlström

I ’m from Stockholm, Sweden, where I was born and raised. My interest in creativity and communication developed early, but my career began in a different space, working with sales at Porsche. There, I gained a deep understanding of customer experience, brand value, and what it takes to build trust around premium products. Over time, I felt a growing pull toward the creative side of me, which led me to pursue a career as an Art Director. I’m currently studying at Berghs School of Communication, where I’ll graduate in the summer of 2026.

During my studies, I’ve had the opportunity to intern as an Art Director at agencies like BBDO and TBWA, where I’ve worked alongside talented teams and contributed to creative concepts across a range of projects. These experiences have helped shape my approach, combining strategic thinking with strong visual ideas. With a background that bridges both business and creativity, I’m interested in building ideas that not only stand out but also create real value for brands and people.
